Calling this 0.1.0.0 because I wasn’t versioning consistently before!

• You can Dive! Press [space] by default to enter a Dive, and then slide to a stop.
  • While diving you’re invincible! While sliding you are not.
  • In modern dash mechanics terms, its a fixed-length dash.
• Lots of bugfixes!
